L2 The Last Empire only uses cookies needed for account sessions and language preference. This version does not include personalized advertising or analytics trackers.

Stored data

• l2_last_empire_web: session cookie required for login, form protection and account navigation. It expires at the end of your browser session.
• l2_language: remembers your preferred English or Spanish language for up to one year.
• l2empire_cookie_notice_v1: local browser preference to avoid repeating this notice. This is saved in localStorage, not a cookie.

Game account and email verification

We require an email to confirm new registrations and send password reset links. Email is delivered through Brevo, and verification tokens are stored hashed. Game accounts are created only after confirming the email. Passwords are never sent by email.

If you register, the site processes your login details to create and authenticate a game account. Passwords use the format required by the Interlude LoginServer. Do not share your credentials or reuse a password from another service.

Third-party services

To protect account registration, login and recovery we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical browser and connection data to detect bots. See the Cloudflare privacy policy. External social links open their platforms under those providers' privacy terms. The background video and music are hosted locally.

Your preferences

You can clear cookies and website data in browser settings, or reopen the notice from the footer. Essential cookies cannot be disabled through the notice because they support core website functions.
